PTSA Community Meeting, January 26, 2026
Join us as the PTSA kicks off budget season with an informative and engaging community meeting. This is a great opportunity to learn about the PTSA budget, ask questions, and hear how decisions are made. The budget will be voted on at the next general membership meeting on March 19, 2026. We need your input and participation to plan!
We will also discuss PTSA roles that need to be filled for next year and share details about the spring nominations and elections process. We hope you will feel called to participate with the board, too! Please take a moment to fill out our survey to help us identify interest in roles such as President, Vice President, Fundraising Officer, Secretary, Treasurer (co-Treasurer/2nd Treasurer needed), and chair positions. All positions may be co-led. Suggest your name, or a friend’s!

Welcome to the School Year 2025-26
The PTSA helps to recruit volunteers for the many events we facilitate. There is no minimum time commitment required. The goal of this contact list is to help grow the community of engaged families and friends, and to allow you to stay connected with B. F. Day PTSA. Reach out to president@bfdayptsa.org if you’re able to volunteer and would like more information about PTSA events.
Here are some of the ways in the past that you can be involved without the commitment of a board role:

- “Warm Welcome Rep” for Preschool Playdate (August)
- “Warm Welcome Rep” for Kinder Playdate (August)
- Food Drive Committee (January)
- Spring Fling Committee (Jan – Mar)
- Move-a-thon Committee (April – May)
- 5th Grade Trip Committee
Who We Are

We are families, students, staff, community leaders, and teachers who work for the success of each student learner. The B.F. Day PTSA is made up of volunteers from the B.F. Day Family, including parents, teachers, administrators, community leaders, volunteers, and friends of BF Day. We raise funds each year to support the programs the students love the most.
