PTSA Teacher Appreciation Week: Items Needed To Support Week of May 4 – 8

Summary : Parents/Guardians help support our teachers.

Teacher Appreciation Week

Thanks to your generous support during direct drive, the PTSA Staff Appreciation Team has a wonderful week planned to celebrate our amazing BF Day Staff. 

  • Monday: Welcome and Gift Bag Buffet!
  • Tuesday: Breakfast Taco Tuesday!
  • Wednesday: Refresh your plant collection!
  • Thursday: Ellenos Yogurt Parfait bar with granola & berries
  • Friday: Crackle Mi Vietnamese lunch and Weekend Delights Buffet end of day

Here’s what we’d like you to know and what we need from you!

Posters of Praise

  • Please work with your student on making a poster with a positive message for their teacher and staff members they want to share “thanks” with.
  • Poster Board will be available in the office starting April 21 if you’d like to pick one up to use.
  • Posters can be dropped off at the school office the week of April 27 – Friday afternoon, May 1
  • On Friday, May 1 after school (2:30-3:00 p.m.) we’ll meet by the front office to work on hanging posters around the school. Anyone is welcome to join for poster hanging!

Cards & Letters

Please have your kiddo make a card or letter for their teacher and another staff member who is important to them and hand it out throughout the week!

Friday Treats

If you are interested in baking or making a special treat, cookie, candy, bar etc for our staff please email julieahubert@gmail.com to sign up! We’ll have a buffet for the staff after school on Friday and boxes for them to fill with treats!
