Covid & Flu Vaccine Clinic:  All Students, Families & Staff are Welcome

Monday, October 13 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. in the Gym (Entrance: side gym door near south parking lot)

Please complete separate entries for each person receiving vaccines.

SVNA provides vaccines for uninsured however it is very expensive. I would recommend getting your vaccines elsewhere in such cases. They have updated Moderna vaccines for patients age 5 and up and flu vaccines for those age 4 and up.
