 \nIncoming Kindergarten families can save the dates for our Summer Kick Of
 f (formerly called Jump Start). Kick-off to Kindergarten is scheduled for 
 August 19\, 20\, 21\,  9:00 a.m. - noon. We'll have more information as we
  get closer to summer.\nWe are excited to be hosting Kick-off to Kindergar
 ten (formerly known as Jump Start). There is no cost to participate thanks
  to the sponsorship from our B.F. Day PTSA.  Kick-off to Kindergarten is d
 esigned to introduce your child to our school.  We will be getting to know
  classrooms and learning spaces\, making new friends\, and developing earl
 y learning skills.  Kick-off to Kindergarten orients kindergarteners and g
 ives them an unhurried\, low-key opportunity to meet staff and peers befor
 e first - fifth graders are in the building.\n\nPlease complete the Kick O
 ff to Kindergarten Form that is included as an attachment in the letter se
 nt to families.\n\nPlease arrive between 8:30 and 8:45 to get your child s
 igned in. One Thursday and Friday\, please arrive by 8:45.\n\nPlease see t
 he attached Kick-off to Kindergarten enrollment form. To enroll your child
  in Kick-off to Kindergarten at B.F. Day\, please complete the enrollment 
 form and return it to Ms. Sonja\, our office manager. You can email the re
 gistration form to bfday.kindergarten@seattleschools.org\, turn it into th
 e front office during school hours or mail it to B.F. Day.\n\nKick-off to 
 Kindergarten staff will be taught by current kindergarten teachers and sup
 ported by special education staff. Each day students will work with a diff
 erent teacher and different students. Your child’s Kick-off to Mid-morni
 ng snacks will be provided for all students.\n\nWe’re looking forward to
  welcoming our incoming kindergarten students for the 26-27 school year!\n
 \nKick-Off Day Drop Offs: All drop offs and pickups for our Kick-Off days 
 will be at the gym\, on the east side of the building just south of the ce
 ntral doors. We’ll have signs and greeters out to help you find the entr
 ance. On the first day of Kick-Off to Kindergarten\, we will have a check-
 in table in the gym. Families may begin lining up at 8:45 a.m.\n\nDuring c
 heck-in\, we’ll ensure your enrollment form is complete\, issue your chi
 ld a name tag\, and assign a Kick-off to Kindergarten teacher for the day.
 \n\nAt the end of the day\, teachers meet families back at the gym for par
 ent pickup at 12:00 p.m. No busing services are offered for Kick-off to Ki
