Notes From the Music Room

Attention Kindergarten – Grade 3 parents: Come celebrate the conclusion of our Indian Music Residency next week (May 30-June 2).

Our K-3 music classes have had the privilege to learn about Hindustani vocal music from some of the best musicians in the greater Seattle area over the past three weeks (see photos and brief bios of our artists in residence below). Our generous artists are inviting parents of kindergarten – 3rd graders to come for a little “informance” during their child’s music class next week. We would love to share what we’ve learned with you and give you a peek into learning Hindustani vocal music!
