Purpose Statement
The purpose of the BF Day library program is to cultivate a love of reading and learning; whether for pleasure or knowledge, and to provide our students with the skills and strategies needed to become self-reliant and critical users of information.

The Book Fair Is Coming March 25-28!
The Secret Garden Bookstore will be sponsoring our book fair to be held in our library the week March 25-28. Books can be purchased each morning from 8:30-9:20a.m. and at the Family LIteracy Night / Ice Cream Social on Thursday evening, March 28, from 6:30-8:00.
If you’ve never been to a book fair you may wonder what it is. First and foremost, it's a fundraiser. At BF Day, we hold one book fair a year to raise money for our library. Library materials are purchased to directly support the classroom curriculum and student reading. During the book fair students, families and staff buy books and the library receives a percentage of those sales.
